Northside Fire Service Delivery and Pricing Policies.

 

Orders Within Australia Only:

Note: We do not Deliver to Parcel Lockers or PO Boxes.
Once you have ordered your product online, we appreciate your urgency to receive your item, we will post it through Border Express (http://www.borderexpress.com.au/) or any other Courier (eg: Fast Way, Couriers Please, TNT…), you might be able to track your purchase with a unique tracking code and link.

Please make sure someone is available to receive the parcel at your designated shipping address as charges for every re-delivery attempt may occur.

Orders will be dispatched the same day if placed before 12pm or the next day and please allow 1 – 5 working days after dispatch for item’s receipt depending on your location. It might take up to 10 business days for remote areas.

Note- some restrictions apply to the shipping of fire extinguishers and certain goods which we sell, should this effect your order we will be in contact with you shortly after your order has been completed.

Acceptance of Goods

The customer is responsible for inspecting the goods for fault or damage and must notify Northside Fire Service immediately, by email accounts@northsidefireservice.com.au

Northside Fire Service will take care in packaging items and inspect all stock before delivery for faults. Northside Fire Service reserves the right to determine whether a product is damaged or faulty, Claims will be reviewed and a response given with 48 hours of receipt of item, Postage of this item will be refunded on receipt by Northside Fire Service of the item being deemed faulty. If an item has a request to replace on your order receipt form received with your purchase, a replacement will be sent free of charge, If the item is unable to be replaced a full refund will be given by way of credit card reimbursement.

Pricing
Northside Fire Service reserves the right to change prices without notice, all prices and orders are displayed and processed in Australian Dollars (AUD).

Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled only in the instance where the order has not yet been shipped, a processing fee might be applied at our discretion.

Typographical Errors
In the event that an item is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information, Northside Fire Service reserves the right to refuse or cancel the order.

Northside Fire Service Return Policies

Returns & Exchanges for Online Orders:

Returns & Exchanges for online orders will be happily accepted where the product has not been used or altered in any way and is with original packaging. The products must also have all original tags attached.

You can return or exchange merchandise to our online store within 7 days of receiving your merchandise, a processing fee of 15% be applied, to return merchandise to our online store securely pack the return merchandise and original invoice in an appropriate shipping box, send back to Northside Fire Service (at your cost) to the following address: 19/38 Eastern Service Road, Stapylton QLD 4207.

We advise that when sending your return parcel, that you use a postal tracing service to ensure the safe delivery to us.  Once this is received and checked you will be notified and the credit that will be processed.
